Delivery Time

We try to send orders out within the next business day after the order has been placed. Of course, if you have requested a personalization, signature, custom CD, Blossom Special, or Autograph in a Nambe Frame it will take a bit longer. Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from Videoranch.com depend on the shipping method you choose. The shipping rates for our items are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Methods

Our Standard Shipping to US is shipped mostly via FedEx Ground and takes about 5-7 business days. Please note that FedEx Ground does not deliver to post office boxes. The shipping address must be a regular street address that FedEx Ground can deliver to. The minimum charge for Standard to US shipping is $7.50 (including handling). You can ship about 4 CDs for $7.50.

Our Express to US method is usually shipped via Federal Express 2-Day. If you would like your order shipped more quickly please call us for a shipping quote. The minimum charge for Express to US is $20.00.

Our Standard International and Express International methods are usually shipped via USPS in order to keep the cost of shipping for our International customers as low as possible. The minimum charge for Standard International is $15.00 and the minimum charge for Express International is $32.00. The minimum charges for Standard and Express to Canada and Standard or Express to Mexico are slightly less than the other International shipping methods.
