When it came time to take the First National Band Redux back out on the road this past fall, we asked artist Mollie Kiely (who had created a fantastic poster for Nez's 2011 Marfa, Texas performance with The Watkins Family Hour) to come up with a piece capturing the spirit of the First National Band's resurgence in its latest iteration.
Thrilled with the final design, we decided to print a limited run of 150 screened 11 x 17 one-color posters. The merch table sold out of the ones made available rather quickly, and after doing so, we heard from many fans expressing disappointment that they could not get one themselves.
As the first run was limited, we've decided to print a commemorative version of an alternate, earlier artist draft. It features screened four color spot-printing and heavier, dimmer paper stock than the road poster, lending a certain timelessness to the artwork.
Each of these posters arrives signed by Nez using archival quality ink and they look great framed. The perfect gift for fans in attendance at any of the unforgettable performances. The item ships flat and may require separate packaging. Personalization is not available for this item.
